Responsibilities

• Show properties to renters, buyers and sellers and learn how to procure the business from our marketing teams. We want you to learn how to fish and fill your pockets in the interim with our business.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to buyers and renters
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Skills

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license

How are agents compensated?

• All agents start on a 80/20 percent split - in favor of the agent.
• You have no transaction fees, E/O fees and are free to join any MLS Board and County Membership you like. We also provide all agents with access to every MLS available.
• You can list anywhere you like and you can negotiate your deals free from Broker involvement.
• Once you gross 100K for the year, you make 100% for the remainder of the year.
• The office even provides buyer leads, rental leads and generates business non-stop! Leads texted or emailed to agents are on a 60/40 or 70/30 split in favor of the agent!
• No transaction fees, we cover your insurance, you’re free to negotiate your deals and keep 100% after your gross 100K every year. We will even cover marketing costs.
